Blumenthal Leases 1320 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY 11788                                    Rollin Dairy, distributors of beverages select foods and specialty items, leased 43,000 square feet on 4.6 acres. Andrew Blumenthal represented both the landlord and tenant.

Timpone sells 3467 Hampton Road in Oceanside                                                               Mark represented both buyer, Allen Industries, and seller, AIT Truck Leasing, in the sale of a an industrial property consisting of a 3,600 square foot office building on 1.33 acres.

Rotter Sells 75 Oser Avenue in Hauppauge                                                                              32,000 square feet on 1.8 acres was purchased by Desco, a distributor of vacuum parts from Linden, NJ. Rotter represented Desco.

Nick Romano Leases 3,200 square feet in Farmingdale                                                    Advanced Oxy-med Inc leased 22 Florida Street in Farmingdale. Romano procured a five (5) year lease representing both tenant and landlord.

130,000 Square Feet at 545 Johnson Avenue in Bohemia Leased by Doug Donatelli                                                  Donatelli represented 7-Eleven in the 15 year lease of it's newly constructed 130,000 square foot regional distribution center. 545 Johnson Avenue has 28' ceiling height, with multiple loading docks and drive in doors.     

Jeremy Hackett Sells 17 Central Avenue in Hauppauge                                                                                                  Jeremy sold a 22,000 square foot industrial building located right off the Long Island Expressway at exit 56 to Brothers Roofing Supplies. The sale originated from lease with an option to purchase completed last year. Jeremy represented the buyer.

Richard Kreindler Procures 7 more years for SCP Distributors LLC                                                                                  Pool Corp, a wholesale distributor of swimming pool supplies, equipment and related leisure products renewed their lease of 35,000 square feet at 2133 Ocean Avenue in Ronkonkoma.  Rick represented both tenant and landlord.

The Three G's - Garistina, Gersten & Glick Collaborate to sell 30 Inez Drive in Bay Shore Red Castle Bakeries purchased 45,060 Square Feet on 2.29 acres located at 30 Inez Drive in Bay Shore. Tony Garistina represented the buyer and Mort Glick and Joel Gersten represented the seller.
